I want to share a short story of my experience of a holiday in Malaysia, precisely in the city of Kuching. 

This holiday when I was still living in sekadau in 2015, at least I have 1 time holiday to bandaraya kuching (Bahasa Malaysia Bandaraya = city) effective journey if from town sekadau start at 08.00 WIB. journey takes about 3 hours journey. until the border of the city entikong around 10:30. border open at 05.00 am / 18.00 sarawak time. yes it's pretty town, if in comparison with the border city in Indonesia. but when compared with big cities in Indonesia, still good in Indonesia. (my subjective opinion). approximately still takes about 2 hours to the airport kuching from the border. a total of about 5 hours journey overland from the town sekadau.

My family stayed at one of the hotels in kuching. Center in the heart of kuching. the view from the hotel room is very beautiful. image kuching at this city is very thick, at some intersection there is many big statue of kuching. 

tourist attraction ? still good in Indonesia, so, we should be proud to be people INDONESIA. in kuching there is a place called kuching museum, In my imagine, wow very cool kuching museum must be a lot kuching here, funny, and definitely fun, after a long journey, about 1 hour drive from downtown. after arriving there it is true, much kuching, but only the cat statue is not the real cat, disappointed disappointed disappointed ....... statue again.....statue again  

Do not forget our family took time to come to one of the mosques there, we met with one of the mosque's board there, we were warmly welcomed, chatted a little. it turns out my idea of ​​Malaysian people is different from the many news of domestic workers violence in the neighbor country. 

In the afternoon our family went to Kubah ria . Here a lot of people who sell food. In addition there are also selling clothes and souvenirs. in kuching most tourist attractions are museums. and I'm a little surprised, there are many museums store objects there from Indonesia. precisely the country of Indonesia who became their sales, in every object there is information derived from Indonesia, its history, and how to store the object. hmmpp, I'm a little confused, between angry and grateful because it is precisely another country that promotes our country. there are many kris, and other objects of the kingdom of Java tempoe doeloe. from my experience above, there is criticism ya for the government. should our government get more funds in the tourism sector, we have all the potential. the government in this case the minister of tourism culture should be more active campaigning VISIT INDONESIA. not only bali or bunaken, there are still many exotic sights that have not been well managed. our culture is also a lot, do not be precisely other countries merchandise is our culture so long ago my story ..... next time i will story other attractions
